中文摘要: 食用富含植物多酚的食物有益于人体健康,但因其结构不同而生物利用度差异较大。2 型糖尿病是一种以血糖升高为主要特征的慢性疾病,而植物多酚具有降血糖活性,有助于预防和控制2 型糖尿病。该文主要综述植物多酚的结构与生物利用度的关系及其在改善糖脂代谢紊乱状态、控制氧化应激状态、减少炎症反应、抑制肠道消化酶活性及改善肠道菌群失衡状态等方面的降血糖活性,以期为植物多酚在2 型糖尿病患者医学营养干预的研究提供支持。
Abstract:Dietary foods rich in plant polyphenols is beneficial to human health,but their bioavailability varies greatly due to the different structures.T2DM is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by elevated blood glucose,and plant polyphenols have hypoglycemic activity and thus can help prevent and control T2DM.This paper reviews the relationship between the structures and bioavailability of plant polyphenols and their hypoglycemic activities,such as alleviating the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism,controlling oxidative stress,reducing inflammation,inhibiting the activity of intestinal digestive enzymes,and improving the imbalance of intestinal flora,which is expected to support the research on plant polyphenols in the nutrition intervention of patients with T2DM.
