中文摘要: 研究采用乙烯利(ethrel,ETH)与矮壮素(chlorocholine,CCC)分别浸泡处理采后狗头枣,测定处理后枣果硬度和5种营养元素(铁、锰、铜、锌、钙)和铝含量变化规律。结果表明,乙烯加速了枣果衰老软化,矮壮素能显著减缓枣果软化速度,有效延长枣果保鲜期。其中,500 mg/L CCC处理后,枣果硬度保持最好,而且枣果铜、锌、钙含量在0~3 d期间显著升高。根据铝含量变化得出,用纯净水(reverse osmosis,RO)浸泡处理后枣果铝含量由19.59 μg/g DW降至2.59 μg/g DW,显著降低了枣果铝含量。

Abstract:The exogenous ethrel(ETH)and chlorocholine chloride(CCC,also chlormequat)were respectively used to soak the postharvest fruits of'Goutou'jujube.The changes in the fruit hardness,five nutrients(iron,manganese,copper,zinc,and calcium),and aluminum content were then determined.The results showed that exogenous ETH accelerated the senescence and softening of jujube fruit,while CCC significantly slowed down the softening and prolonged the fresh-keeping period of jujube fruits.The jujube fruits treated with 500 mg/L CCC remained the best hardness,with the content of copper,zinc,and calcium increasing significantly during days 0-3.The aluminum content of jujube fruits soaked in reverse osmosis water decreased significantly from 19.59 μg/g DW to 2.59 μg/g DW.
