中文摘要: 余甘果有清热凉血、健胃消食、生津止咳等作用。余甘果含有多种氨基酸、矿物质元素、蛋白质、维生素和有机酸等,这些物质赋予余甘果独特的口感和营养。余甘果中同时含有丰富的黄酮类物质、鞣质等多酚物质和多糖等活性成分,与余甘果的健康功能息息相关。该文综述余甘果抗氧化、降血糖、护肝、抗炎等生理活性及其作用机理、研究现状,以期为余甘果的综合应用及其产品开发提供参考依据。

Abstract:Phyllanthus emblica L.has the functions of reducing body temperature in fever,improving digestion,secreting saliva,and curing cough.Recent studies have shown that P.emblica L.contains a variety of amino acids,mineral elements,proteins,vitamins,and organic acids,which give the fruit a unique taste and nutrition.P.emblica L.also contains rich polyphenols such as flavonoids and tannins and active substances such as polysaccharides,which are closely related to its healthy function.Based on the research in China and abroad,this paper focused on the physiological activities,mechanism,and research status of P.emblica L.,such as its antioxidant,hypoglycemic,liver-protecting,and anti-inflammatory effects to provide references for the comprehensive application and product development of P.emblica L.
