中文摘要: 红海藻是海洋中一类重要的大型藻类,是生物活性成分的重要来源。研究表明,红海藻多糖具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抗肥胖和调节肠道菌群等功能,不同提取和分离纯化方法会造成多糖结构上的差异,而红海藻多糖化学结构与生物活性密切相关。该文综述近年来红海藻多糖的提取、分离纯化方法、结构特性及其生物活性研究进展,总结红海藻多糖生物活性的作用机理并探讨其潜在构效关系。

Abstract:Red seaweed belongs to an important class of macroalgae in the ocean,and it is a rich source of bioactive components.Previous studies have shown that red seaweed polysaccharides had the functions of oxidation resistance,anti-tumor,immune regulation,anti-obesity,and regulation of intestinal flora.Different extraction and purification methods could result in differences in the structure of polysaccharides.The chemical structure of red seaweed polysaccharides was closely related to bioactivities.This paper reviewed the recent advances in the extraction,separation,and purification methods,structural properties,and bioactivities of polysaccharides from red seaweed,summarized the mechanism of biological activities of polysaccharides from red seaweed,and discussed the structure-activity relationship.
