中文摘要: 功能糖具有热量低、改善肠道菌群、防龋齿、降血糖等特殊功效,在我国消费量占比约24% 。因此,发展功能糖绿色制造技术,对人民生命健康和国民经济发展有重要意义。为解决采用生物法合成功能糖过程中酶或细胞难以循环利用、稳定性差的问题,诸多固定化技术被开发应用于功能糖生物制造。该文系统介绍用于合成功能糖的固定化酶和固定化细胞技术,以期为绿色生物制造关键技术的研发和推广提供参考。
Abstract:Functional sugar has special effects such as low calorie,improving intestinal flora,preventing dental caries,and lowering blood sugar,whose consumption accounting for about 24% .Therefore,development of green manufacturing technology for functional sugars is a major demand for people's life and health and the development of the national economy.To solve the problems of difficult recycling and poor stability of enzymes or cells in the biosynthesis of functional sugars,many immobilization technologies had been developed for the biomanufacturing of functional sugars.This review systematically introduced the immobilized enzymes and immobilized cells for the synthesis of functional sugars,which aimed to provide guidance for the development and promotion of key technologies for green biomanufacturing.
