中文摘要: 枝瑚菌属真菌除了富含多糖和脂肪酸之外,还含有萜类、甾类和生物碱等多种化学成分,并具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化以及抗菌等多种生物活性,是一种极有潜力的自然资源,在食品工业、医药工业和美容保健品工业得到广泛应用。该文对枝瑚菌属真菌的化学成分和生物活性进行综述,旨在为枝瑚菌属真菌进一步研究与开发提供参考。
Abstract:Ramaria fungi are rich in polysaccharides and fatty acids,as well as terpenoids,steroids,and alkaloids,and have various biological activities such as anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,and anti-bacteria.They are potential natural resources widely used in the food industry,pharmaceutical industry,and beauty and health products industry.This study reviewed the chemical constituents and biological activities of Ramaria fungi to provide references for their further research and development.
