中文摘要: 该文采用DEAE-cellulose-32色谱柱分离纯化枸杞多糖(Fructus lycii polysaccharides,FLP),制得其纯化产物;利用气相色谱研究其单糖组成,测定其对DPPH·、O2-·和·OH的清除能力并进行体外抗氧化活性试验。结果表明,枸杞多糖有一定的DPPH·、O2-·和·OH清除能力,并且呈剂量依赖型变化,其纯化品的抗氧化能力明显优于粗制品。FLP对超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)不具有增强酶活的作用,但是能在一定程度上抑制发生在细胞和组织水平的脂质过氧化,具有抗氧化作用。与抗坏血酸(VC)对照试验表明,FLP虽然是一种有效的抗氧化剂,但是其抗氧化活性与VC存在一定差异。

Abstract:Fructus lycii polysaccharides(FLP)were purified by DEAE-cellulose-32 chromatography,and the FLP composition was determined by gas chromatography.The DPPH·,O2-,and·OH scavenging abilities of FLP were detected in vitro.The results showed that FLP scavenged DPPH·,O2-,and·OH in a dose-dependent manner,and the purified FLP had stronger activity than the crude product.FLP did not increase the activity of superoxide dismutase,while it inhibited the lipid peroxidation in cells and tissues.FLP can be taken as an antioxidant like ascorbic acid(VC),while it employs an antioxidation mechanism different from that of VC.
