中文摘要: 该文研究超声辅助提取紫花地丁中多酚、黄酮的最佳工艺条件。基于微波超声技术,通过乙醇提取方法,以多酚、黄酮提取量为主要指标,运用响应面技术得出最佳提取工艺。结果表明,超声时间、功率和料液比是影响黄酮、多酚提取最重要的因素,多酚最优提取工艺为超声时间9 min、超声功率210 W、料液比1∶14(g/mL)。黄酮最佳提取工艺为超声时间11 min、超声功率215 W、料液比1∶13(g/mL)。此工艺下提取紫花地丁的多酚提取量为29.04 mg/g,黄酮提取量为28.02 mg/g。

Abstract:The optimal technological conditions for the ultrasound-assisted extraction of polyphenols and flavonoids from Viola philippica were studied.Based on microwave ultrasonic technology,the optimal extraction process was achieved by using the ethanol extraction method with polyphenols and flavonoids extraction as the main indicators.The most important factors affecting the extraction of flavonoids and polyphenols were ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power and the ratio of material to liquid.The optimal conditions for polyphenol extraction were:ultrasonic time 9 min;ultrasonic power 210 W;and liquid-solid ratio 1∶14 (g/mL).The optimal con-ditions for flavonoid extraction were:ultrasonic time 11 min;ultrasonic power 215 W;and liquid-solid ratio1∶13(g/mL).Under these conditions,29.04mg/g of polyphenols and 28.02mg/g of flavonoids were extracted.
