Abstract:Ganoderma lucidum is an important pharmaceutical fungu containing a variety of active ingredients，such as polysaccharide，triterpenoids，sterols，anti-tumor，anti-oxidant，antidepressant，immune and other biological effects.Previous study showed that Ganoderma lucidum had a unique advantage in regulating the function of the immune system，and had different regulation of different immune cells，mainly by activating the body's immune cell，stimulating the secretion of cytokines，thereby regulating immunization and adaptive immunity.This paper reviewed the studies on the related mechanisms of G.lucidum and its active ingredients that could lay the foundation for the evaluation of G.lucidum immunopharmacological activity and related product development.
