中文摘要: 微波加热具有很高的能量转换效率,方便与其他干燥方法结合进而发挥节能降耗的干燥优势。与其他干燥方法组合使用,不仅可以迅速提高干燥速率,还能有效保障干燥产品品质。为满足干燥过程节能降耗、干燥制品品质提升、干燥设备降低成本等需求,研究人员对各类农产品的微波组合干燥技术进行大量研究。该文通过分析不同干燥方式对干燥产品品质的影响,介绍当前微波组合干燥技术在农产品加工中的应用研究,并对微波组合干燥技术的不足和发展前景进行阐述。
Abstract:Microwave heating is considered a highly efficient method of energy conversion,which can be easily combined with other drying methods to exploit the advantages of energy conservation and consumption reduction.Combined with other drying methods,the drying rate and product quality can be significantly improved.The requirements to improve product quality and reduce production costs have prompted industry researchers to study the microwave combined drying technology.By analyzing the influence of different drying methods on the quality of dried products,the current application research of microwave combined drying technology in the processing of agricultural products was introduced in this study.In addition,the shortcomings and development prospects of microwave combined drying technology were described.
