中文摘要: 以L-半胱氨酸和葡萄糖作为碳源,采用水热法制备具有优良荧光效果的碳量子点,通过紫外吸收光谱以及荧光光谱等手段对其进行表征。以碳量子点为荧光探针,研究链霉素及溶液配制条件对荧光效果的影响。结果表明,溶液pH值为7.4时,激发波长为440 nm以及在5 mL容量瓶中加入1 mL的碳量子点进行定容,15 min后检测较合适。最佳反应条件下,链霉素的浓度在2×10-9mol/L~2×10-6mol/L,链霉素的浓度与碳量子点的荧光强度比呈现出良好的线性关系,线性方程为y=162 219x+0.812 3,相关系数为0.997 2,检出限达8.62×10-10mol/L。对链霉素药品溶液进行加标回收率测定,回收率为98.30%~101.50%,相对标准偏差较小。
Abstract:Carbon quantum dots with excellent fluorescence effect were prepared by a hydrothermal method with L-cysteine and glucose as carbon sources.The structure and fluorescence characteristics of the carbon dots were investigated and characterized by ultraviolet absorption and fluorescence spectra.The effects of streptomycin and solution configuration on fluorescence were studied using carbon quantum dots as the fluorescent probe.Streptomycin had an obvious and stable effect on fluorescence at pH7.4.The best excitation wavelength was 440 nm for 1 mL of carbon quantum dots in a 5 mL volumetric bottle.Solutions kept for 15 min were suitable for detection.Streptomycin ranging from 2×10-9mol/L to 2×10-6mol/L produced a good linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity ratio of carbon quantum dots.The linear equation was y=162 219x+0.812 3,the correlation coefficient was 0.997 2,and the detection limit was 8.62×10-10mol/L.Recovery of streptomycin standard solution was high(98.30%-101.50%)with a small relative standard deviation.
