中文摘要: 为改善马铃薯渣机械处理方式及效果,在不同喂入量下进行了薯渣应力松弛试验。获取了应力松弛曲线并分析了弹性模量随时间变化的规律,建立了3种广义Maxwell模型用于描述薯渣应力松弛行为,得到了应力松弛时间、平衡弹性模量、衰变弹性模量、松弛时间比率等特性参数;同时分析了3种喂入量对薯渣应力松弛特性参数的影响。结果表明:可用五元件广义Maxwell模型较准确、直观地描述不同喂入量时薯渣的应力松弛行为,R2大于0.994;拟合所得参数中平衡弹性模量与松弛时间基本不受喂入量影响,而喂入量较小的薯渣在松弛过程中弹性衰减较多、应力松弛较快,更有利于成型。该结果可为马铃薯渣二次加工和前处理设备结构优化提供工艺参数和参考依据。
Abstract:To improve the mechanical treatment method for potato pulp,stress relaxation tests were performed with different feed quantities.Stress relaxation curves were constructed and changes in the modulus of elasticity with time were analyzed.Three generalized Maxwell models were established to describe the stress relaxation behavior of potato pulp,and the effects of three feed quantities on the stress-relaxation characteristics of potato pulp were analyzed.The results showed that a five-element generalized Maxwell model accurately and intuitively described the stress relaxation behavior of potato pulp with different feed quantities,with R2values greater than 0.994.The equilibrium of the modulus of elasticity and the relaxation time obtained with the model were not affected by feed quantity.However,smaller feed quantities resulted in greater elastic attenuation and faster stress relaxation,which are more conducive to briquetting.These results provide the technical parameters and a reference for optimizing the secondary processing and pretreatment of potato pulp.
