中文摘要: 多糖广泛来源于自然界,具有调控糖代谢的功能。植物多糖的提取、结构修饰以及糖代谢作用机制是目前研究的重点。该文着重探讨植物多糖的提取、分离纯化以及结构修饰的原理、方法以及应用,对溶剂提取法和新技术提取法(超声、微波、生物酶法),分离纯化技术中色谱法(离子色谱法、亲和色谱和凝胶柱层析)、膜分离技术法以及硫酸化、乙酰化、羟丙基、羧甲基化多糖及降糖活性机制进行详细阐述,并对植物多糖降糖活性进展研究和展望。
Abstract:Natural polysaccharides exert a positive effect on the regulation of glucose metabolism.Current research focuses on extraction and modification of plant polysaccharides in addition to glucose metabolism.This paper focused on principles and methods,application of polysaccharide extraction,separation,and purification techniques,and structural modification technologies.Methods discussed include solvent based and new(ultrasound,microwave,enzymatic)extraction methods,separation and purification by chromatography(ion exchange,affinity,and gel filtration),membrane separation technologies,and structural modifications of polysaccharides with sulfate,acetyl,hydroxypropyl,and carboxymethyl groups.These modified polysaccharides'hypoglycemic activity mechanisms were also discussed.Progress in understanding polysaccharides'hypoglycemic activity was also discussed.
