中文摘要: 该文选取玉米和黄豆作为固态培养基质的主料,榴莲和红枣两种果粉作为基质辅料,对裂褶菌在不同培养基质中其菌丝生长情况进行研究。结果表明:在传统马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂(potato dextrose agar,PDA)母种培养基中加入榴莲粉可以显著提高菌丝的生长速度,最优的果粉加入量为水量的1.2%。以玉米和黄豆培养基为主料,榴莲粉为辅料,在基质碳氮比为20的情况下,对裂褶菌菌丝体进行培养,菌丝浓密洁白、长势优良、形态优异、生长速率快,经过加工后得到的杂粮菌粉食品具有高蛋白、高膳食纤维、富含多种对人体有益的金属元素等特点。
Abstract:The mycelial growth of Schizophyllum commune was analyzed in different culture substrates,with corn and soybean comprising the main materials of the solid medium,and durian and jujube powder as the auxiliary matter.The addition of durian powder to the traditional potato dextrose agar(PDA)mother culture medium significantly increased the growth rate of mycelia at the optimal concentration of 1.2% in water.This mix of medium corn and soybean grains as the main ingredient and durian powder as the auxiliary materials,with a carbon:nitrogen ratio of 20,produced thick white split-fold fungus mycelium hyphae with superior morphological characteristics.The supplementation increased the growth rate of the mycelia,and the result was a product with high protein and dietary fiber levels that was rich in a variety of metal elements and other substances that are beneficial to human health.
