功能性和普通蛹虫草的差异代谢物对比分析

中文摘要: 为探究功能性蛹虫草和普通蛹虫草在代谢、成分、功能等方面的差别,以功能性蛹虫草和普通小麦蛹虫草为研究样本,利用液相色谱-质谱联用法(liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,LC-MS)和多元统计分析法,检测两种蛹虫草的差异代谢物。结果表明,共检测出差异代谢物69种,为脂肪酸酰基、苯及取代衍生物、甘油脂类、羧酸及衍生物、吲哚及衍生物、嘌呤核苷、羧酸及衍生物、类固醇及衍生物、羧酸及调节剂、酚酸及酚酸环醚等甘油脂类10类物质,另有23种未知代谢物未能分类。其中功能性蛹虫草明显高于对照组的显著差异代谢物有腺苷、α-亚麻烯基乙醇酰胺、L-组氨酸、(-)核黄素、1-十六烷基-2-锡-甘油-3-磷酸、9-氧代-10E,12Z 十八碳二烯酸、9,10-二羟基-12Z-十八烯酸和1,2-苯二甲酸二(2-甲基丙基)酯。结果表明功能性蛹虫草较普通小麦蛹虫草具有更高的显著差异代谢物、更高含量的有效成分,具有广泛的研究前景和开发应用价值。
Abstract:In this study,the differences in metabolism,composition,and function between the functional Cordyceps militaris and common Cordyceps militaris were explored.The metabolites of the two species were determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and multivariate statistical analysis.To detect the differences metabolites 69 kinds,the fatty acid,benzene,and replace the derivatives were,glycerides,carboxylic acid and derivatives,indole and derivatives,purine nucleoside,carboxylic acid and derivatives,steroids and derivatives,carboxylic acid and regulator,phenolic acids and cyclic ether phenolic acid glycerides ten classes,such as material,and 23 species of unknown metabolites to classification.The following metabolites were isolated from the functional Cordyceps militaris:adenosine,α-linenyl ethanolamide,L-histidine,(-)-riboflavin,1-hexadecanoyl-2-sn-glycero-3-phosphate,9-oxo-10E,12Z-octadecadienoic acid,9,10-dihydroxy-12Z-octadecenoic acid,and 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid,bis(2-methylpropyl)ester.The results indicated that functional Cordyceps militaris contained higher concentrations of the most significant differential metabolites and active components than common wheat Cordyceps militaris,which indicated that this research had broad research prospects and application value.
