连续流动分析法测定果蔬叶片中钾的条件优化

中文摘要: 以苹果、番茄、黄瓜的叶片为试材,采用连续流动分析法,研究了消煮液酸种类和待测液酸度、燃气种类、燃气压力、助燃气压力、吸样时间、清洗时间等条件对钾检测结果的影响。结果表明:样品消煮液酸度控制在5%以内,以丙烷为燃气,燃气压力0.07 MPa,助燃气压力15 psi(1 psi=6 897 Pa),吸样时间40 s,清洗时间50 s,该条件下,钾检测结果的相对标准偏差小于2%,结果的重复性比较好。同时,样品的检测速率提高了32%,因此优化后的条件可用于植物总钾的快速测定。
Abstract:The leaves of apple,tomato,and cucumber plants were used as experimental materials.Continuous flow analysis was conducted to study the effects of the type and acid concentration of the digestion liquid,the type of gas,the gas pressure,the auxiliary gas pressure,the sampling time,and the cleaning time on potassium detection.The results showed that the optimal method for continuous flow analysis of plants was as follows:the acid concentration of the sample boiling solution was controlled within 5%,the propane gas pressure was 0.07 MPa,the auxiliary gas pressure was 15 psi,the sampling time was 40 s,and the cleaning time was 50 s.Under these conditions,the relative standard deviation was less than 2%,the results had good repeatability,and the sample detection rate increased by 32%.Therefore,the optimized conditions can be used for the rapid determination of total potassium in plants.
