中文摘要: 茶叶中含有的活性成分主要是茶多酚和咖啡因,茶多酚在抗氧化、抗病毒和降血脂等方面具有积极的调节作用,但是咖啡因对人体的健康存在有潜在的副作用,会导致高血压和流产等不良危害,因此,脱除茶叶中的咖啡因、保留茶多酚的研究受到广泛关注。该文主要对化学溶剂提取法、物理吸附法和生物降解法脱除茶叶中咖啡因的研究进展进行综述。
Abstract:Tea polyphenols and caffeine are the main active ingredients in tea.Tea polyphenols have functional regulatory antioxidant,antiviral,and lipid-lowering roles.However,caffeine has potential adverse health effects,including raising blood pressure and miscarriage.Hence,there is a wide research concern for removing caffeine from tea while retaining tea polyphenols.In this paper,research progress regarding chemical solvent extraction,physical adsorption,and biodegradation methods for decaffeination were reviewed.
