韭菜中8种农药及其代谢物残留分析

中文摘要: 研究韭菜中吡虫啉等8种农药的使用及残留情况,并对腐霉利在露地韭菜和设施韭菜中的消解差异进行分析评价。样品采用乙腈提取,石墨化碳氨基柱净化,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,UPLC-MSMS)基质匹配外标法定量。结果表明:在0.01 mg/kg~0.5 mg/kg 3个添加水平下,各农药的平均回收率为81.8%~96.6%、相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为0.3%~12.3%。50%腐霉利可湿性粉剂按照最大推荐剂量(450 g ai/ha)施药1次,腐霉利在露地韭菜和设施韭菜中的消解速率均符合一级反应动力学方程,半衰期分别为5.3 d和9.6 d。由残留数据可以看出,大规模生产基地的韭菜中农药种类与残留量均明显低于中小规模的韭菜样品,农药的合理化使用可有效改善农产品质量安全状况。腐霉利在露地韭菜中的消解速率明显快于设施韭菜。

Abstract:This study aimed to research the use and residues of eight pesticides,such as imidacloprid in leek,and evaluate the dissipation difference of procymidone in open field and facility leeks.Samples were extracted using acetonitrile,cleaned up with carbon/amino solid phase extraction(GCB/NH2-SPE)cartridge,and evaluated with ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,using a matrix-matched external standard method.The results showed that at three spiked concentration levels between 0.01 mg/kg to 0.5 mg/kg,the average recovery values of all pesticides were approximately 81.8%-96.6%,with relative standard deviation of 0.3%-12.3%.As the maximum recommended dosage(450 g ai/ha)of the 50% procymidone wettability powder was sprayed once,the dissipation of procymidone in the open field and facility leeks fits first-order kinetics,with the corresponding procymidone half-life values being 5.3 d and 9.6 d,respectively.The dissipation of procymidone in the open field leek was significantly faster than that in the facility leek.Pesticide residues in the leeks from large-scale production bases were significantly lower than those in the leeks from retail planting.Thus,the reasonable application of pesticides can effectively improve the safety and quality of agricultural products.
