中文摘要: 为探究嗜酸乳杆菌复合益生菌片在增强免疫功能方面的作用,该研究分别将低、中、高剂量(0.167、0.333、1.000 g/kg bw)的复合益生菌片经口灌胃给ICR小鼠,从小鼠体重、脏器/体重比值、细胞免疫、体液免疫和非特异性免疫功能变化等方面,综合评价复合益生菌对小鼠免疫功能的影响。研究结果表明该复合益生菌片具有良好的安全性,与对照组相比,喂食复合益生菌片不影响小鼠体重及脏器/体重比值,但可显著增加小鼠迟发型变态反应(delayedtype-hypersensit,DTH)、淋巴细胞转化、抗体生成细胞数、半数溶血值等指标。此外,喂食该复合益生菌片还可提高小鼠单核-巨噬细胞吞噬能力和自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cell,NK)活性。
Abstract:To explore the effect of Lactobacillus acidophilus probiotic compound tablets on enhancing immune function,ICR mice were treated with the probiotic compound tablets by oral perfusion.The mice were divided into 3 groups:the low dose group(0.167 g/kg bw),the medium dose group(0.333 g/kg bw),and the high dose group(1.000 g/kg bw).The change in the weight,organ/body weight(bw)ratio,cellular immunity,humoral immunity and nonspecific immunity of the mice was comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that the probiotic compound tablets were safe to administer.Compared with the control group,the probiotic compound did not affect the body weight and organ/bw ratio of the mice,but significantly increased the delayed-type hypersensitivity,lymphocyte proliferation,the number of antibody producing cells,and the half hemolysin value.Furthermore,the probiotic compound also resulted in improved monocyte-macrophage engulfment and natural killer cell(NK)activity in mice.
