中文摘要: 该试验以“罗田金银花”为材料,以肌醇提取率为指标,基于单因素和正交试验,建立纤维素酶和半纤维素酶协同提取金银花中肌醇的优化工艺。结果表明,在料液比1∶20(g/mL)和酶解温度60℃条件下,最佳提取工艺为纤维素酶和半纤维素酶质量比1∶1、复合酶添加量1.5%、酶解时间90 min,肌醇提取率可达(1.99±0.02)%,所得提取物具有抗氧化活性,其总抗氧化能力为相同质量浓度VC的10.0%~12.8%。
Abstract:Based on a single factor analysis and an orthogonal test,the extraction of inositol from flos lonicerae using cellulase and hemicellulase was optimized,with extraction rate as an indicator.The optimum conditions were determined to be as follows:1∶1 mass ratio of cellulase and hemicellulase,addition of 1.5% complex enzymes,90 min duration of enzymolysis with 1:20 material to liquid ratio,and hydrolysis temperature of 60 ℃.The extraction rate of inositol was(1.99±0.02)% and its total antioxidant activity was 10.0%-12.8% of the same concentration of VC.
