中文摘要: 利用多功能改进型索氏提取器,研究天然柠檬汁催化人参须根粉转化制备稀有人参皂苷20(S,R)-Rg3、Rg5的方法。以乙醇浓度、提取时间和提取筒温度为影响因素,人参皂苷20(S,R)-Rg3、Rg5总得率为指标进行正交试验,对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,最佳提取条件为提取时间4 h、乙醇浓度30%、提取筒温度75℃。在此条件下,人参皂苷20(S,R)-Rg3、Rg5总得率为3.68%。多功能改进型索氏提取器的梯度提取制备工艺可显著缩短人参皂苷的提取时间,简化提取过程,并有效提高人参皂苷20(S,R)-Rg3、Rg5的总得率。

Abstract:In this study,an improved Soxhlet extractor was used to investigate the mechanism through which natural lemon juice induces the conversion of ginseng root powder into ginsenosides 20(S,R)-Rg3 and Rg5.An orthogonal experiment was performed using the total yield of ginsenosides 20(S,R)-Rg3 and Rg5 as an index to optimize the extraction process,considering ethanol concentration,extraction time,and extraction cylinder temperature as factors.The experimental results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were the following:extraction time of 4 h,ethanol concentration of 30%,and extraction cylinder temperature of 75 ℃.Under such optimal conditions,the total yield of ginsenosides 20 (S,R)-Rg3 and Rg5 was 3.68%.Thus,this gradient extraction process,which used an improved multifunctional Soxhlet extractor,could significantly shorten the extraction time of ginsenosides,simplify the extraction process,and effectively increase the total yield of ginsenosides 20(S,R)-Rg3 and Rg5.
