中文摘要: 以蓝靛果果渣为原料,通过单因素试验和正交试验优化提取花色苷的工艺条件,并通过pH值示差法测定果渣中花色苷的提取量,探究各因素对蓝靛果果渣中花色苷提取量的影响。结果表明,最佳提取条件为提取时间2 min、固液比1∶70(g/mL)、微波功率350 W、乙醇体积分数30%。在最佳工艺条件下,果渣中花色苷的提取量为9.37 mg/g。
Abstract:Lonicera caerulea residue was used as an experimental material to investigate the optimized extraction parameters for anthocyanin via single factor analysis using orthogonal test.In order to explore the influence of various factors and conditions on the extraction efficiency of anthocyanin in the fruit residue,the pH differential method was used to determine the yield of anthocyanin extracted under different extraction conditions.The results indicated that the optimum extraction conditions for anthocyanin from Lonicera caerulea residue involved heating for 2 min using microwave,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶70 (g/mL),microwave power setting at 350 W,and ethanol volume fraction being 30%.Furthermore,the yield of anthocyanin using the optimized microwave-assisted extraction technology from Lonicera caerulea fruit residue was 9.37 mg/g.
