中文摘要: 以磨锅茶香料浸膏萃取率为考察指标,采用响应面法优化超声波辅助提取工艺,运用同时蒸馏萃取进行样品前处理,并通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行挥发性成分分析和鉴定。结果表明,最佳萃取条件为超声波功率700 W、乙醇体积分数80%,提取时间60 min,萃取率为51.85%。共鉴定出54种化合物,其中主要的致香成分为植醇(25.200 μg/g)、芳樟醇(6.873 μg/g)、新植二烯(3.670 μg/g)、α-松油醇(3.248 μg/g)等。
Abstract:With the extraction efficiency of Moguo tea taken as the index,a response surface method experiment was conducted in this study to optimize the ultrasonic extraction process.Simultaneous distillation extraction was employed for sample pretreatment.Volatile components were analyzed and identified via gas chromatographymass spectrometry.The optimal extraction conditions were:ultrasonic power of 700 W,ethanol volume fraction of 80%,extraction time of 60 min,and extraction rate of 51.85%.Fifty-four peak compounds were isolated and identified.The main volatile components were:phytol(25.200 μg/g),linalool(6.873 μg/g),neophytadiene(3.670 μg/g),and α-terpineol(3.248 μg/g).
