中文摘要: 血橙是芸香科柑橘属的一个品种,四川内江广泛种植,年产量大。血橙皮是血橙经榨汁后的副产物,含有多种有效成分,资源十分丰富。以血橙皮为试验原料,采用减压内部沸腾法对多糖类物质进行了提取。运用响应面法优化提取工艺,在38 kPa压力下,当乙醇体积分数为55%、液料比为35 mL/g、提取温度为80℃、提取时间为10 min时,多糖得率可达28.6%。试验重现性好,多糖得率高,对于开发利用血橙皮多糖类物质具有一定的参考价值。
Abstract:Blood orange is a citrus variety of the rutaceae family.It is widely grown in Neijiang,Sichuan,and has a large annual output.Blood orange peels are a by-product of the squeezing of blood oranges.They contain a variety of active ingredients and are rich in resources.Blood orange peels were used as experimental materials and polysaccharides were extracted using decompression internal boiling.The response surface method was adopted to optimize the extraction process.Under a pressure of 38 kPa,when the ethanol volume fraction was 55%,the liquid-to-material ratio was 35 mL/g,the extraction temperature was 80 ℃,and the extraction time was 10 min,the polysaccharide yield reached 28.6%.The experiments showed good reproducibility and high polysaccharide yield,which has reference value for the development and utilization of polysaccharides in blood orange peels.
