中文摘要: 以厚朴花总酚含量为响应值,通过单因素试验、筛选试验设计(plackett-burman design,PB)、最陡爬坡试验及响应面试验对厚朴花浸提工艺进行分析。结果表明,最佳浸提条件参数是:料液比1∶30(g/mL)、提取温度94℃、粉碎度100目、提取时间7 min、提取1次。在此条件下厚朴花总酚含量为6.42%,与理论值接近(6.50%),表明此优化工艺具有实际应用价值。
Abstract:Total phenol from Magnolia officinalis flowers was used as an indicator for evaluating the efficiency of the M.officinalis flower extraction process、a combination of statistical methods were employed for analysis:a single-factor method,plackett-burman test,steepest climb design,and response surface methodology.Results revealed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:material-to-liquid ratio was 1∶30(g/mL)、extraction temperature was 94 ℃、raw material particle size was 100 mesh、extraction time was 7 min and number of extractions was 1.Under these conditions,the total phenol content extracted from M.officinalis flowers(6.42%)was close to the theoretical value(6.50%),indicating that the optimized process has practical application value.
