中文摘要: 采用响应面优化超声波辅助法提取米胚油,并研究米胚油对力竭运动大鼠骨骼肌抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,各因素对米胚油提取率影响次序为液料比>提取时间>超声功率>提取温度,液料比、提取温度、提取时间、超声功率影响都达到了极显著水平(P<0.01)。米胚油的最佳提取工艺条件:液料比为13∶1(mL/g)、提取温度为51℃、提取时间为42 min、超声功率为137 W。选取上述组合做3次平行试验,得出米胚油平均提取率为82.47%,与预测值接近具备实用价值。同时力竭运动大鼠模型结果表明,米胚油具有很强的抗氧化能力,激活和保护抗氧化酶系,清除自由基,使得骨骼肌组织的脂质过氧化反应减少,减缓骨骼肌氧化性损伤,提高抗氧化酶活性。
Abstract:Response surface methodology was used to optimize ultrasonic-assisted rice germ oil extraction,and the effect of exhaustive exercise on antioxidant enzyme activity in rat skeletal muscle was studied.The order in which tested factors influenced the rice germ oil extraction rate was as follows:ratio of liquid to material> extraction time > ultrasonic power> extraction temperature.The effects of liquid-solid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time,and ultrasonic power displayed extremely significant differences(P<0.01).Optimum conditions for rice germ oil extraction were as follows:optimal liquid to material ratio was 13∶1(mL/g),optimal extraction temperature was 51 ℃,optimal extraction time was 42 min,and optimal ultrasonic power was 137 W.The average rice germ oil extraction efficiency was 82.47%,close to the predicted value,and suggesting practicality.A rat exhaustive exercise model showed that rice germ oil had strong antioxidant capacity,activates and protects rat antioxidant enzymes,scavenges free radicals,reduces lipid peroxidation in skeletal muscle tissue,slows oxidative skeletal muscle damage,and improves antioxidant enzyme activity.
