中文摘要: 以香椿老叶为原料,采用单因素和正交试验方法,对香椿老叶中黄酮的提取工艺进行优化,确定最佳提取条件为乙醇体积分数60%,料液比1∶30(g/mL),超声时间40 min,超声温度40℃。在此条件下,分别对不同时期、不同品种香椿老叶内的黄酮含量进行测定和比较,结果显示:从10月份到12月份,不同品种的香椿老叶内黄酮含量都呈现增长的趋势,12月份达到最高,且安徽省太和县的青油椿老叶黄酮含量最高,达到6.45%。以12月初的香椿老叶为原材料进行抗氧化活性比较,结果表明香椿老叶中的黄酮对DPPH自由基和ABTS+自由基清除效果较好,并存在一定的量效关系。
Abstract:The extraction technology of flavonoids from Toona sinensis old leaves was optimized by using single factor and orthogonal experimental methods.The optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows:60% ethanol volume fraction,1∶30(g/mL)material-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time of 40 min,ultrasonic temperature of 40 ℃.Under this condition,for different periods,different varieties of Toona sinensis within the leaves of the content of flavonoids were determined and compared,the result showed that, from October to December,the different varieties of Toona sinensis old leaves of flavonoid content in growth trends,reached the highest in December and Taihe County in Anhui Province Chinese tallowtree seed oil tsubaki old leaves,flavonoids content was the highest,reached 6.45%.The antioxidant activity of Toona sinensis leaves in early December was compared as raw materials, and the results were as follows: the flavonoid from Toona sinensis old leaves had a good scavenging effect on DPPH and ABTS+free radical,and had a certain dose-effect relationship.
