中文摘要: 利用酶-超声波辅助法,提高恒山黄芪中总皂苷的提取率;以黄芪总皂苷提取率作为评价指标,基于响应面法探究溶液pH 值、乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声温度以及酶添加量对总皂苷提取的影响。结果表明:酶-超声波法辅助提取黄芪总皂苷的最适工艺条件为pH 4.5,乙醇体积分数90%,超声时间30 min,超声温度50 ℃,酶添加量2%;在上述条件下,黄芪总皂苷的提取率为4.51%。
Abstract:In this study,the enzyme-based ultrasonic assisted extraction method to improve the extraction rate of total saponins from Astragalus membranaceus was optimized. The extraction rate was selected as the evaluation index. Based on the response surface methodology,the effects of solution pH,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature,and the amount of enzyme preparation on the total saponin extraction were investigated.The optimum conditions for the extraction of total saponins from A.membranaceus were determined as follows:pH of 4.5,ethanol concentration of 90%,ultrasonic time of 30 min,ultrasonic temperature of 50 ℃,and enzyme preparation amount of 2%. Under these conditions,the extraction rate of total saponins from A.membranaceus was 4.51%.
