中文摘要: 首先通过高糖高脂饮食及腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病大鼠模型,然后对其进行12 周的全麦粉干预。实验过程中定期检测大鼠的空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG), 并对其进行糖耐量实验(oral glucose tolerance test,OGTT)。实验结束时检测大鼠的糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、总超氧化物歧化酶(total superoxide dismutase,T-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、游离脂肪酸(free fat acid,FFA)和超敏C-反应蛋白(high sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP),并对大鼠肝脏进行病理学观察。研究发现,与模型对照组相比,实验组大鼠的FBG、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA 和FFA 含量都显著降低,SOD、CAT 含量和糖耐受能力显著升高,肝脏损伤程度有所减少,hs-CRP 水平变化不大。综上,全麦粉可有效降低大鼠血糖血脂水平,提高其抗氧化能力,减少肝脏损伤。
Abstract:Models of diabetic rats were established by high sugar and high fat diet and intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin,then the rats were fed with the whole wheat flour(WWF)for 12 weeks.During the experiment,fasting blood glucose(FBG)was detected regularly and oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)was conducted. At the end of the experiment,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoproteincholesterol(LDL-C),total tuperoxidedismutase(T-SOD),catalase(CAT),malondialdehyde(MDA),free fat acid(FFA)and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)were detected,and the livers of the rats were observed pathologically. Compared with the model control group,the FBG,HbA1c,TC,TG,LDL-C,MDA and FFA contents of the experimental group were significantly reduced,the SOD,CAT contents and glucose tolerance were significantly increased,the degree of liver injury was reduced,and the level of hs-CRP was little changed. In summary,the WWF can effectively reduce the level of blood glucose and lipid,improve its antioxidant capacity and reduce liver damage.
