中文摘要: 电化学生物传感器因其在微生物快速检测方面的独特优势,在过去数十年内被各领域学者们广泛研究。大肠杆菌广泛分布于自然界中,通常作为水体系统污染情况指示菌。该文综述电化学生物传感器的检测技术及其检测原理,介绍基于传感原理的电化学生物传感器用于检测大肠杆菌的研究进展。
Abstract:Electrochemical biosensor had been extensively studied in various fields in the past decades because of its unique advantages in microbial rapid detection.Escherichia coli is widely distributed in nature which is usually regarded as an indicator of water system pollution.The detection technology and principle of electrochemical biosensor were reviewed,and the research progress of electrochemical biosensor based on sensing principle for the detection of Escherichia coli was introduced.
