中文摘要: 辣木是一种生长在热带和亚热带的药食同源植物。辣木叶是辣木资源中重要的组成部分,含有多种活性物质(如蛋白、黄酮、多糖和挥发油等)并具有抗肿瘤、降血糖、降血脂等功效。该文对辣木叶中活性物质、提取工艺和药理功能研究近况进行综述,为今后的深入研究和开发提供参考。
Abstract:Moringa oleifera is an edible medicinal tree that grows in tropical and subtropical regions.Its leaves are an important resource,containing an abundance of active components (e.g.,protein,flavonoids,and polysaccharides)that exhibit pharmacological activities such as antitumor,hypoglycemic,and hypolipidemic effects.This paper summarized the research status on extraction technology as well as the active components and pharmacological functions of Moringa oleifera leaves,information that could serve as a reference to guide future in-depth research and development.
