中文摘要: 利用柠檬酸三钠还原氯金酸(HAuCl4)制备具有较高表面增强拉曼散射(surface-enhanced Raman scattering,SERS)活性的金纳米(gold nanoparticles,AuNPs)溶胶作为基底,结合适配体与靶向物质特异性结合的性质,建立一个稳定性和重现性好的检测靶物质多菌灵(carbendazim,CBZ)的SERS定量检测方法。结果表明,在AuNPs浓度为6 mmol/L、NaCl浓度为15 mmol/L、维多利亚蓝B(Victoria blue B,VBB)浓度为0.25 mmol/L以及适配体溶液浓度为27 nmol/L的条件下,该法检出限为4.13 nmol/L,线性范围6.5 nmol/L~520 nmol/L,相关系数为0.998 8。
Abstract:A quantitative surface-enhanced Raman scattering method capable of reliably and reproducibly detecting carbendazim was established by using a gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)solution with high surfaceenhanced Raman scattering activity as the substrate.The AuNPs solution was produced by reducing HAuCl4with trisodium citrate and combining it with a target-specific aptamer.The results showed that under certain conditions (AuNPs,6 mmol/L;NaCl,15 mmol/L;Victoria blue B,0.25 mmol/L;aptamer,27 nmol/L),the detection limit,linear range,and correlation coefficient were 4.13 nmol/L,6.5 nmol/L-520 nmol/L,and 0.998 8,respectively.
