卷边桩菇内生真菌天然红色素的分离鉴定

中文摘要: 植物内生菌能够产生与宿主相同或相似的生物活性物质,因此药用植物内生菌产色素具有广阔的药用价值和研究前景。该研究以产红色素卷边桩菇[Paxillus involutus(Batsch Fr)]内生真菌为研究对象,通过形态学特征及基因序列对其进行菌种鉴定,并应用气相色谱对卷边桩菇内生真菌红色素的脂肪酸组成进行初步分析。结果表明,该菌与镰刀菌(Fusarium petersiae)序列一致性达到98.69%,色素中的脂肪酸主要包含棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酯和亚麻酸,其中油酸和亚油酯的含量最多,分别达到36.86%和27.84%。

Abstract:Plant endophytes can produce the same or similar biologically active substances as the host,therefore,the production of pigments by medicinal plants endophytes has broad medicinal value and research prospects.The endophytic fungus producing red pigment Paxillus involutus(Batsch Fr)was taken as the research object,identified according to its fungal morphological characteristics and the gene sequence alignment,and the fatty acid composition of red pigment was analyzed by gas chromatograph.The results showed that the sequence homology of this strain with Fusarium petersiae reached 98.69%,the pigment fatty acid component mainly contained palmate acid,stearic acid,olefin acid,linoleic acid ester,linolenic acid,among them,the content of olefin acid and linoleic ester was the most,were 36.86% and 27.84%.
