中文摘要: 采用桑枝或桔梗非药用部位栽培银耳,以传统棉籽壳基料为对照,考察其对银耳产量、营养品质及安全性的影响。结果表明:桑枝、桔梗培养银耳生长良好,其子实体鲜重、直径以及生物学效率与对照相近;桔梗培养基银耳总糖及多糖分别比对照组高16.67%和23.5%;桑枝培养基银耳粗纤维含量比对照高13.75%;桑枝、桔梗培养基组银耳氨基酸种类及总含量差异不显著,但必需氨基酸总含量均显著高于对照,分别高29.8%和12.8%;桑枝培养基组银耳的 Ca、Fe、Mn、Na、Mg、K 高于对照组,桔梗培养基组银耳的 Mn、Cu、Na、K 高于对照组。桑枝、桔梗栽培银耳不存在棉酚问题,且其农残、重金属及米酵菌酸等卫生指标也远低于国家标准规定的限量值,说明桑枝或桔梗非药用部位栽培银耳切实可行。
Abstract:Tremella was cultivated from non-medicinal parts of mulberry branch or platycodon grandiflorum,and the effects on the yield,nutritional quality and safety of tremella were investigated by using traditional cottonseed shell as control.The results showed that the growth of tremella was good,and its fresh weight,diameter and biological efficiency were similar to those of the control group.The total sugars and polysaccharides in mulberry branch and platycodon grandiflorum medium were 16.67% and 23.5% higher than those in control group.The content of crude fiber in mulberry branch medium was 13.75% higher than that in control medium.There was no significant difference in the amino acid types and total contents of tremella in the medium group of mulberry branch and platycodon grandiflorum,but the total contents of essential amino acids were significantly higher than the control group,29.8% higher and 12.8% higher respectively.The Ca,Fe,Mn,Na,Mg and K of tremella in the mulberry branch medium group were higher than those in the control group,while the Mn,Cu,Na and K of tremella in the platycodon grandiflorum medium group were higher than those in the control group.There was no gossyphenol problem in the cultivation of tremella with mulberry branch and platycodon grandiflorum medium,and the sanitary indexes of its pesticide residues,heavy metals and bongkrekic acid were far lower than the limit value stipulated by the national standards.The results showed that it was feasible to cultivate tremella japonica in non-medicinal parts of mulberry branch or platycodon grandiflorum.
