中文摘要: 随着海洋资源的开发利用,可食用海参的价值越来越受到人们的关注。基于海参自身的沉积食性,肠道微生物承担起海参内外环境营养要素的交换者。因此对海参肠道菌群的细致研究是很有价值的,但目前国内外针对海洋环境中海参肠道菌群这方面的研究报道还很少,对学者展开研究有一定的局限性。该文总结现有的海参文献报道,对其肠道菌群的构成、影响因素及相关功能性进行提炼,旨在为后续海参肠道菌群的开发与利用提供更多的理论参考。

Abstract:With the development and utilization of marine resources,the value of edible sea cucumber has attracted more and more attention. Based on the depositional feeding properties of sea cucumber,intestinal microbes assume the exchange of environmental nutrients inside and outside sea cucumber. Therefore,the detailed study of the intestinal flora of sea cucumber is very valuable,but at present,there are few reports on the intestinal flora of sea cucumber in marine environment at home and abroad,which has some limitations for scholars to carry out research. On the basis of summarizing the existing literature reports of sea cucumber and refining the composition,influencing factors and related functions of its intestinal flora,this paper aimed to provide more theoretical reference for the subsequent development and utilization of intestinal flora of sea cucumber.
