向日葵蜂花粉中酚胺类化合物定性定量分析

中文摘要: 运用高效液相色谱四极杆飞行时间串联质谱(high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight-mass spectrometry,HPLC-Q/TOF-MS)法对向日葵蜂花粉中的酚胺类化合物进行定性和定量分析。通过质谱数据解析和文献对照,向日葵蜂花粉中共鉴定出8 种酚胺类化合物,其中4 种为三-对-香豆酰亚精胺,4 种为四-对-香豆酰精胺。定量分析显示,鉴定的酚胺类成分在限定质量浓度范围内线性关系良好。建立的HPLC-Q/TOFMS 法能够对向日葵蜂花粉中的酚胺类成分进行准确、可靠分析。
Abstract:The qualitative and quantitative analysis of phenolamides in sunflower bee pollen was carried out by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight-mass spectrometry(HPLC-Q/TOF -MS). By HPLC -Q/TOF -MS,a total of eight phenolamides including four kinds of tri -p -coumaroylspermidines and four kinds of tetra -p -coumaroylspermines were identified through mass spectrometric data analysis and comparison with literature. The regression equations showed a good linear relationship between peak areas and content of these compounds.The results showed that the HPLC-Q/TOF-MS method established could accurately and reliably analyse phenolamides in sunflower bee pollen.
