菊花对光氧化应激的缓解作用

中文摘要: 以光损伤小鼠为模型,分别用230、300、380 mg/kg bw剂量的菊花粗提物对小鼠进行8周干预,探讨菊花粗提物对光损伤小鼠晶状体及肝脏抗氧化能力的影响。结果显示,通过比较晶状体中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活力和总抗氧化能力(total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC)发现,菊花粗提物干预组GSH-Px活力与T-AOC明显高于模型组,菊花粗提物剂量组与模型组比较均具有显著差异(P<0.05),其抗氧化效能随着粗提物剂量的增大而升高。肝脏抗氧化评价结果显示,菊花粗提物高剂量组的抗氧化效果优于低剂量组,呈剂量依赖性;与模型组相比,菊花粗提物各剂量组抗氧化指标均具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结果表明,菊花粗提物可以增强小鼠晶状体和肝组织的抗氧化能力,可能对氧化应激诱导的视疲劳具有缓解作用。

Abstract:The light damaged mice were used as the model,the doses of 230,300,380 mg/kg bw crude extract of chrysanthemum was used to intervene the mice,to explore the effect that crude extract of chrysanthemum on the anti-oxidation ability of lens and liver of light damaged mice.The results of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)showed that the GSH-Px activity and T-AOC of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the model group.The antioxidant effect of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the model group (P<0.05).From the antioxidant index of liver,the antioxidant effect of the high dose group was better than that of low dose group,which was dose-dependent.Compared with the model group,the antioxidant indexes of the low,middle and high dose groups of crude extract were statistically different(P<0.05).The results showed that crude extract of chrysanthemum could enhance the antioxidant capacity of mouse lens and liver tissue,suggesting that crude extract of chrysanthemum might have a relieving effect on oxidative stress-related visual fatigue.
