中文摘要: 研究黑灵芝多糖对小鼠运动抗疲劳的功效。将小鼠随机分为5个实验组(共50只,每组10只),分别为黑灵芝多糖低剂量组[25 mg/(kg·d)]、中剂量组[50 mg/(kg·d)]、高剂量组[100 mg/(kg·d)]、空白组(蒸馏水)和阳性对照组[红景天西洋参胶囊200 mg/(kg·d)],连续灌胃30 d,黑灵芝多糖低、中、高剂量组分别与空白组和阳性对照组比较,评价小鼠运动抗疲劳能力相关指标。结果表明:与空白组比较,黑灵芝多糖低、中、高剂量组小鼠负重游泳力竭时间显著升高(P<0.05),血糖、肝糖原和肌糖原含量显著升高(P<0.05),血清中乳酸含量、尿素氮含量、肌酸激酶活力和乳酸脱氢酶活力均显著降低(P<0.05),血清和肝组织中丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶活力、过氧化氢酶活力和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力均显著升高(P<0.05),肝组织中Na+K+-腺嘌呤核苷三磷酸(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)酶及Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶活性显著升高(P<0.05);与阳性对照组比较,黑灵芝多糖中、高剂量组没有显著差异。黑灵芝多糖具有缓解运动性疲劳的作用。
Abstract:To investigate the effect of the anti fatigue of Ganoderma atrum polysaccharides on mice after weight-loading swimming.The mice were randomly divided into 5 experimental groups(50 mice,10 in each group),including low-dose group[25 mg/(kg·d)],medium dose group[50 mg/(kg·d)],high-dose group[100 mg/(kg·d)],blank group(distilled water)and positive control group[rhodiola and American ginseng capsule 200 mg/(kg·d)].After 30 days of gavage,Ganoderma atrum polysaccharides low,medium and high dose groups were compared with the blank group and the positive control group to evaluate the anti fatigue ability of the mice.Compared with the blank group,the weight-loading exhaustive swimming time of mice in the low,medium and high dose groups of Ganoderma atrum polysaccharide significantly increased(P<0.05),the contents of blood glucose,liver glycogen and muscle glycogen were significantly increased (P<0.05),the contents of lactic acid,urea nitrogen,creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase in serum were significantly decreased(P<0.05),in serum and liver tissue the malondialdehyde content was significantly decreased(P<0.05)and the activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase and glutathione peroxidase were significantly increased(P<0.05),the activities of Na+K+-adenosine triphosphate(ATP)ase and Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase in liver tissue were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the positive control group,there was no significant difference between the medium and high dose groups.Ganoderma atrum polysaccharides can effectively ameliorate exercise-induced fatigue.
