中文摘要: 以甘草为原料,采用超声辅助低共熔溶剂法,研究低共熔溶剂的种类、摩尔比、含水量以及提取温度、料液比、超声时间、超声功率对甘草多糖提取率的影响,并通过响应面试验设计,优化提取甘草中多糖的工艺条件。结果表明,以含水量40%,摩尔比为1∶3的氯化胆碱-异丙醇体系为提取剂,提取温度39℃、料液比1∶50(g/mL)、超声时间30 min、超声功率250 W,此时多糖的提取率达8.31%。

Abstract:Using licorice as raw material,using ultrasonic-assisted eutectic solvent method,the effects of eutectic solvent types,molar ratio,water content,extraction temperature,material-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power on the extraction rate of glycyrrhizin polysaccharide were studied,and through the design of response surface experiment,the technological conditions for extracting polysaccharides from licorice were optimized.The results showed that the choline chloride-isopropanol system with a water content of 40% and a molar ratio of 1∶3 was used as the extractant.The extraction temperature was 39℃,the material-liquid ratio was 1∶50(g/mL),the ultrasonic time was 30 min,and the ultrasonic power 250 W,the extraction rate of polysaccharide reached 8.31%.
