中文摘要: 随着生活水平的不断提高,传统优质蛋白质来源——鸡蛋的消耗量与日俱增。大量鸡蛋被消费的同时也产生了大量的鸡蛋壳,蛋壳中残留的有机物既污染环境,又造成资源的浪费。因此,鸡蛋壳的综合利用迫在眉睫,深加工产业前景广阔,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of living standards,the consumption of eggs-traditional highquality protein sources is increasing day by day.At the same time,a large number of eggs were consumed produced a large number of egg shells,the residual organic matter in the eggshell not only pollutes the environment,but also causes the waste of resources.Therefore,the comprehensive utilization of egg shell is imminent,deep processing industry has broad prospects,with the good economic efficiency and the social efficiency.
