中文摘要: 对比分析黑米花色苷与欧洲越橘花色苷提取物对小鼠肝功和抗氧化作用差异。将黑米与欧洲越橘花色苷提取物分为高、中、低3个剂量组,给小鼠灌胃6周后,采集血清,检测血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransfease,ALT)、总抗氧化能力(total antioxidant capability,TAOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)活力,制备肝脏组织匀浆液,并检测肝组织中 SOD、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活力及丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量。结果表明:与对照组相比,黑米与欧洲越橘花色苷提取物均能显著降低小鼠血清AST、ALT含量(P<0.05),提高血清SOD、CAT、T-AOC活力(P<0.05);在低剂量时黑米花色苷提取物对T-AOC的提高优于欧洲越橘花色苷(P<0.05);与对照组相比,黑米与欧洲越橘花色苷提取物均能显著提高小鼠肝脏SOD和GSH-Px活力,并降低MDA含量(P<0.05),且在低剂量时,黑米花色苷提取物对肝脏GSH-Px的提高显著高于欧洲越橘花色苷(P>0.05)。总之,黑米与欧洲越橘花色苷均可通过提高小鼠体内抗氧化作用水平,对肝脏功能发挥一定的保护作用,且在低剂量时黑米花色苷提取物发挥了较好的抗氧化作用。
Abstract:To investigate the difference of anthocyanins exstracted from black rice and European bilberry about anti-oxidation and effect on function of liver in vivo,low,middle and high dosage of anthocyanins extracted from black rice and European bilberry were fed to mice via intragastric administration.Then the activity of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransfease(ALT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and total antioxidant capability (T-AOC)in serum of mice were determined,and the activity of SOD,glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px)and concentration of malondialdehyde (MDA)in liver were measured.Results showed that anthocyanins extract from black rice and European bilberry could significantly enhance the level of SOD,CAT,T-AOC in serum of mice,and decrease the concentration of AST,ALT.At low dosage,anthocyanins extract from black rice was significant enhanced the activity of T-AOC than European bilberry(P<0.05).Compared with control group,black rice and bilberry anthocyanins extract could significantly increase SOD and GSH-Px activity and decrease MDA content of liver(P<0.05).At low dosage,anthocyanins extract from black rice was significant enhanced the activity of GSH-Px than European bilberry(P<0.05).Totally,the anthocyanins extract from black rice and European bilberry can protect liver function via increasing antioxidant activity in mice,and at low dosage,the anthocyanins extract from black black rice play better antioxidant.
