中文摘要: 分子印迹仿生传感器因具有灵敏、高效、准确、低成本等优点,广泛应用于食品安全检测领域。近年来,一些具有优良特性的功能性纳米粒子越来越多的引起科研工作者的关注,包括金属-有机骨架(metal-organic frameworks,MOF)材料、磁性纳米颗粒、量子点、上转换纳米粒子等。该文针对基于功能性纳米粒子的分子印迹仿生传感检测技术在食品安全检测领域的应用进行综述,提出目前该领域存在的问题和发展趋势,以期为新型分子印迹仿生传感技术在食品安全检测领域的发展和应用提供参考。
Abstract:Molecular imprinting biomimetic sensors with the advantages of high sensitivity,high efficiency,accuracy and low cost,has been widely used in the field of food safety detections.In recent years,some functional nanoparticles with excellent properties have attracted more and more attention of researchers,including metal-orrganic framework(MOF)materials,magnetic nanoparticles,quantum dots and upconversion nanoparticles etc.This paper reviewed the application of molecularly imprinted biomimetic sensing technology based on functional nanoparticles in the field of food safety testing,including the existing problems and development trends,in order to provide reference for the development and application of novel molecular imprinted biomimetic sensing technology in the field of food safety testing.
