中文摘要: 以红花龙胆全草为原料,采用超声辅助提取其多酚类化合物,通过单因素试验和响应曲面试验确定提取的最佳工艺,并进一步考察所得提取物的羟自由基清除能力和超氧阴离子自由基清除能力。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为:在提取时间30 min,乙醇体积分数49%,料液比1∶59(g/mL)的条件下,红花龙胆多酚得率为4.61%。其对羟自由基清除率和超氧阴离子自由基清除率的IC50分别为0.324 mg/mL和0.315 mg/mL。

Abstract:In this study,Gentiana rhodantha Franch whole grass was used as raw material,and its polyphenolic compounds were extracted with ultrasonic assistance.The single-factor test and surface response test determined the optimal extraction process,and the hydroxyl radical scavenging ability and superoxide ion scavengingability.Theresultsshowedthattheoptimalextraction process was that,at an extraction time of30min,and ethanol volume fraction of 49%and a material-liquid ratio of 1∶59(g/mL),the yield of safflower gentian polyphenol was 4.61%.The IC50of hydroxyl radical scavenging rate and superoxide ion scavenging rate were 0.324 mg/mL and 0.315 mg/mL,respectively.
