中文摘要: 传统的多农药残留检测方法操作繁琐、检测时间长,多农药残留检测方法朝着自动化、快速、简便的方向发展。许多化学计量学方法被用于多农药残留快速自动化分析,但依旧存在参数较多,解析不正确的问题。因此,该文提出改进移动窗口目标转化因子分析算法,实现多农药残留的自动化检测。首先建立240种常见农药的标准质谱数据库,然后利用改进移动窗口目标转化因子分析算法对多农药残留样品的气相色谱质谱数据进行自动化解析,并将标准洗脱和快速洗脱条件下的结果进行比较与分析。结果表明:利用改进移动窗口目标转化因子分析算法可以实现对多农药残留的自动化定性检测,且快速洗脱条件得到的检测结果与标准洗脱条件得到的检测结果基本一致,表明改进移动窗口目标转化因子算法可以实现多农药残留的快速检测,此方法可为多农药快速自动化检测提供新途径。
Abstract:The traditional method of multi-pesticide residue detection is tedious and time-consuming.At present,the detection methods of multi-pesticide residues are developing towards automation,fast,new and simple.In order to meet the needs of multi-pesticide residues detection,many chemometric methods have been proposed for rapid and automated analysis.However,there are still many problems with many parameters and low accuracy.In this paper,the moving window target transfer factor method was improved to achieve automated analysis of multi-pesticide residue.240 pesticide standard mass spectra database was established.The improved moving window target transfer factor method was used to the automatically analysis of the unknown pesticide mixed standard,and the results under standard elution and fast elution conditions were compared.The results showed that the improved moving window target transfer factor analysis method could be used to the automate identification of multi-pesticide residues,and the detection results obtained under the fast elution conditions were basically the same as those obtained with the standard elution conditions,indicating that the improved moving window target transfer factor was not affected by elution conditions.The method provides a reference for the automated detection of samples of multi-pesticides in samples.
