中文摘要: 采用离子液体-超声波辅助法对葛根黄酮进行提取和工艺优化。以葛根提取物为原料,溴化-1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑为提取剂,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验设计,以葛根黄酮提取量为指标,考察葛根黄酮的抗氧化活性。最优工艺条件为:葛根提取物与离子液体固液比为1∶10(g/mL),离子液体浓度为0.5 mol/L,在70℃、超声功率250 W下超声辅助提取30 min。在此条件下,葛根黄酮的提取量为774.95 mg/g。葛根黄酮提取物对DPPH自由基具有明显的清除作用。
Abstract:Pueraria flavonoids was extracted and optimized by ionic liquid-based ultrasonic-assisted extraction method.Using pueraria extracts as the material,1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide was taken as extraction solvent,based on single-factor experiment,through orthogonal design,the extraction amount of pueraria flavonoids was used as an index,and the antioxidant activity of pueraria flavonoids was investigated.Optimal process conditions were as follows:the solid-to-liquid ratio of pueraria extracts to ionic liquid was 1 ∶10(g/mL),ionic liquid concentration was 0.5 mol/L,the ultrasonic-assisted extraction temperature was 70℃,the ultrasonic power was 250 W and the extraction time was 30 min.Under these conditions,the extraction amount of pueraria flavonoids was 774.95 mg/g.Pueraria flavonoids extracts had obvious scavenging effect on DPPH free radical.
