中文摘要: 以西荞1号种子为原料,经一定浓度的海藻酸钠溶液诱导处理后,分别测定苦荞芽各生长指标及黄酮类成分含量,以期筛选出有利于苦荞芽生长及黄酮类物质积累的海藻酸钠溶液最佳浓度。结果表明:海藻酸钠对苦荞芽生长及黄酮类物质的合成具有较好促进作用,并呈现一定量效关系,其最佳诱导浓度为200 μg/mL。在此条件下,苦荞种子发芽率达到91.33%,为对照组(88.00%)的1.14倍;苦荞芽的生物量及黄酮含量均达到最大值,其鲜重为6.30 g/100株,干重为0.91 g/100株,总黄酮含量为54.69 mg/g,芦丁含量为43.77 mg/g,槲皮素含量为5.28 mg/g。

Abstract:The effects of different concentrations of sodium alginate on the growth indices and flavonoids accumulation of tartary buckwheat sprouts from Xiqiao 1 cultivar were studied,and for the purpose of screening out the optimum concentration of sodium alginate for stimulating the buckwheat sprout growth and flavonoids synthesis.The results showed that sodium alginate could promote the sprout growth and flavonoids synthesis of tartary buckwheat,and the stimulation effect was concentration-dependent.With 200 μg/mL of sodium alginate treating the tartary buckwheat seed cultures,the highest seed germination rate reached 91.33%,about 1.14-folds compared with the control culture of 88.00%.Moreover,the fresh and the dry weight of buckwheat sprouts was about 6.30 g and 0.91 g for every 100 sprouts,respectively.Also,the total flavonoid content was 54.69 mg/g,among them,the rutin and the quercetin content was 43.77 mg/g and 5.28 mg/g,separately.
