中文摘要: 从贵州麻江蓝莓种植基地的“粉蓝”蓝莓的健康组织(茎、叶、果实)中分离出41株内生真菌,经分类鉴定为8个菌属,优势属为钉孢属(Passalora sp.);与5株病害菌进行对峙试验发现,内生真菌BB01、BL22、BF27、BF40及BF41可抑制全部5种病害菌生长;使用上述内生真菌次级代谢产物粗提取物进行菌丝生长试验,BB01、BL22、BF27、BF40及BF41次级代谢产物粗提取物含药平板浓度为500 μg/mL时对病害真菌生长抑制率均超过90%,表现出显著的抗病害真菌活性;采用PCR扩增内生真菌rDNA-ITS序列构建系统发育树,BF41鉴定为刺盘孢属Colletotrichum sp.,BF40 鉴定为苍白尾孢属 Pallidocercospora sp.,BL22、BF27、BB01 鉴定为枝孢菌属 Cladosporium sp.。
Abstract:A total of 41 endophytic fungi strains were isolated from the healthy tissue(stem,leaf,and fruit)of the"pink blue"blueberry from Majiang blueberry cultivation base in Guizhou,which were categorized into 8 morphotypes according to culture characteristics,and the dominant genus was Passalora sp.;confrontation test with 5 pathogens showed that the growth of all 5 disease strains were inhibited by endophytic fungi BB01,BL22,BF27,BF40 and BF41;mycelial growth test was performed using secondary metabolites crude extracts of these endophytic fungi,when the concentration of BB01,BL22,BF27,BF40 and BF41 crude extracts was 500 μg/mL,the growth of pathogens were inhibited over 90%,indicating significant anti-fungal activity;rDNA-ITS sequences were amplified by PCR for phylogenetic tree construction,the results showed that BF40 was identified as Colletotrichum sp.,BF40 was identified as Pallidocercospora sp.and BL22,BF27 and BB01 were identified as Cladosporium sp..
