中文摘要: 以植物来源的红藻多糖和淀粉为主要原料,添加助凝剂及其他辅料制备海藻胶植物空心胶囊。以成囊性作为胶囊壳成型优劣的检查指标,经过单因素试验优化出最佳处方工艺:卡拉胶质量浓度3 g/100 mL,淀粉质量浓度10 g/100 mL,KCl质量浓度0.2 g/100 mL,甘油质量浓度3 g/100 mL,保胶及蘸胶温度为60℃,烘干时间为3 h。所得空心胶囊的厚度为0.10 mm~0.12 mm,含水量为9%~11%。在稳定性试验中,高温、高湿、强光照对该空心胶囊的性质均无影响,符合药典要求。

Abstract:Seaweed gum plant hard capsules were prepared using red algae polysaccharide and denatured starch as main raw materials,also including coagulant aids and other adjuvants.The optimum formulation and technology were selected by single factor experiment with cystic property as the inspection index.The results showed that concentrations of materials were carrageenan 3 g/100 mL,denatured starch 10 g/100 mL,KCl 0.2 g/100 mL,glycerol 3 g/100 mL;the best technologies were gum holding temperature 60℃ and drying time 3 hours.The thickness of capsules was 0.10 mm-0.12 mm and the water content was 9%-11%.In the stability test,high temperature,high humidity and strong light had little effect on the properties of the hollow capsules.The capsules conformed to the standard of Chinese Pharmacopeias.
