中文摘要: 通过腹腔注射链脲佐菌素,建立高血糖小鼠模型,研究茉莉花紫苏复合浓缩液对高血糖小鼠的降血糖功效。对茉莉花、紫苏叶的有效成分进行提取,提取液浓缩,对链脲佐菌素制成的高血糖小鼠进行灌胃,在此期间,记录小鼠每天的饮食量,在第0天、第14天、第28天测量小鼠体重及血糖值,在灌胃28 d后,进行采血,测定血糖值、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白。试验结果显示,一定浓度的茉莉紫苏复合浓缩液,能降低高血糖小鼠的血糖,且高浓度的茉莉紫苏复合液对高血糖引起的脏器损伤具有一定的保护作用。
Abstract:A hypoglycemic mouse model was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin to study the hypoglycemic effect of jasmine perilla complex concentrate on hyperglycemia mice.The active ingredients of jasmine and perilla leaves were extracted,the extract was concentrated,and the hyperglycemia mice made by streptozotocin were intragastrically administered.During this period,the daily diet of the mice was recorded,and the body weight and blood glucose levels of the mice were measured on the 0th,14th,and 28th days.After 28 days of gavage,blood was collected and blood glucose levels,triglycerides,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,and high density lipoprotein were measured.The test results showed that a certain concentration of jasmine perilla complex concentrate could reduce the blood sugar of hyperglycemic mice,and the high concentration of jasmine perilla complex had a certain protective effect on organ damage caused by hyperglycemia.
