中文摘要: 岩藻黄素是一类具有很强的抗氧化活性的天然色素,广泛存在于藻类、贝类等动植物中。能够抗衰老、抗肿瘤,并且具有较高的药用价值。由于海带是一类含有丰富岩藻黄素的褐藻,为使海带中的岩藻黄素得到进一步开发利用,该研究以响应面优化超声辅助酶法提取岩藻黄素,研究不同酶解条件对提取量的影响。结果表明,通过响应面优化条件,在酶解pH值为5.0,酶解时间为71 min,酶解温度为58℃的条件下,岩藻黄素的提取量可达0.837 5 mg/g。

Abstract:Fucaxanthin is a kind of natural pigment with strong antioxidant activity,which is widely found in algae,shellfish and other animals and plants.It can senescence,anti-tumor,and has high medicinal value.Since kelp was a kind of brown algae rich in fucoxanthin,in order to further develop and utilize fucoxanthin in kelp,the response surface optimization ultrason-assisted enzymatic method was used to extract fucoxanthin and study the influence of different enzymatic hydrolysis conditions on the extraction amount.The results showed that the extraction amount of fucaxanin reached 0.837 5 mg/g under the conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis pH of 5.0,enzymatic hydrolysis time of 71 min and enzymatic hydrolysis temperature of 58℃ obtained by response surface optimization.
